Regarding Joe Jurevicius: Our Mistake

Posted by: Steve DiMatteo

Earlier, we reported that wide receiver Joe Jurevicius was going to need an additional surgery to help clean up his staph infection.  We made a mistake, as he is merely rehabbing from that surgery, and will practice when cleared by the team.  One commenter, named Jim, was kind enough to point that out:

You better re-read that PD article. Jurevicius doesn’t need further surgery. LMAO

Thanks, Jim.  You really know how to let us down easy.  I sat at my desk and cried for a good two hours after reading that.

Don’t sweat it guys, honest mistake and a timely retraction. I can’t envision anyone holding it against you…’cept maybe JJ himself. lol

Either way, thanks for pointing that out to us. I hope Joey J. didn’t come on here and read that, thinking Browns brass wasn’t telling him something…
