A day after Romeo Crennel told reporters that Brady Quinn would in fact be the team’s starting QB for
Sunday’s showdown against the Colts, it is suddenly up in the air now. Quinn, if you remember, injured his finger in the Monday Night game against the Bills. It’s that same finger that he will now have examined by the famed Dr. Andrews.
It seems that not only is there a fracture in Quinn’s right index finger, but also a damaged tendon too. Quinn told reporters following Sunday’s game that the injury did not effect his ability to make passes, however later that evening in a phone call to SI.com writer Peter King, Quinn stated that the injury made it hard to put rotation on his passes.
Well whatever the case be, I hope for Quinn’s benefit that the injury heals quickly and that those two interceptions where from his injured index finger.
