Eric - you're right about quinn's lack of experience and anderson's success the year before last. But I think there is more to it than that. Anderson seems to give no spark to the team at all. They just don't seem to rally around him. I'm not saying it is his fault but it is a fact. Quinn on the other hand generates some excitement among the players. The example was that broncos game. Sure the browns choked but they played 3 quarters of far more energetic football with quinn. And quinn might not have derek's arm strength but he is more mobile and seems more controlled in the pocket. I think he might make fewer mistakes. Remember that debacle at the end of that ravens game when anderson threw that IT for the touchdown. I could hear the wind leave the team when that happened. Not just for that game but for the whole season they never recovered from that. I could have picked that off! I think we should throw the dice with brady. It can't get any worse. But I do think we need a guy in the wings with some actual field experience if necessary. Not another rookie or dorsey. Just my two cents

It's an understandable argument, but I'll be making my case soon, don't worry.

Why does it have to be Quinn? He is a complete unknown entity. Say what you want about Anderson, but he has had success in the NFL; Quinn has not.

So, please, explain why it has to be Quinn.
