The price tag isn't that high given that Winslow can dominate a game if healthy. He's too fast for LBs to cover and to big for DBs. He is the best tight end in the game, one of the top overall pass cathers in football, and most Browns wil be wishing we still had him - high price tag or not - in a few months when our main threats are David Patten and Sedric Steptoe. Why Winslow wants to spend six more years with a team that has failed since its inseption to develope any type of top-notch QB is a puzzler, but Tampa Bay will put a winning product on the field. Three years from now, Winslow will be in yet another Pro-Bowl and will have had two trips to the playoffs while the Browns will be interviewing new Head Coaching candidates and all the dawg pounders will be discussing who we will again be taking with yet another top-five pick.

I love the sarcasm in the last line - nice touch. What a joke - the highest paid TE in NFL history? Don't you have to be the best in tle league currently before you can graduate to that honour? Good riddance at that price. We will see if he plays better than our TEs combined, including Royal, to the same degree that his pay is higher than what we are paying in total.
