RB James Davis Injured in Minor Car Accident

facebooktwitterreddit

Rookie running back James Davis was involved in a minor one-car accident on Saturday morning, sustaining some sort of head injury.  There probably isn’t anything to worry about as he was brought to a hospital for observation and was then released.

Davis is listed as questionable for today’s game against the Minnesota Vikings.  I would hope he feels up to playing, as the encouraging news from this NFL.com article is that Davis is expected to fit into the Browns’ game plan today.  The Browns could use everybody against the league’s best run defense.

Other players listed as questionable: Jerome Harrison (knee), Eric Wright (knee), David Bowens (knee), Shaun Rogers (foot)

Probables: Alex Hall (shoulder), Steve Heiden (knee)

Doubtful: Cedric Peerman (thigh)

Update, 12:33 pm: Browns Inactives – Jerome Harrison, Rex Hadnot, Martin Rucker, Leon Williams, Marquis flloyd, DeAngelo Smith, Cedric Peerman.
