I hear this so much, would someone please explain to me what they see in this year's team that suggests that Mangini has in any way improved the team since taking over? Do I really need to take two whole years before I'm allowed to form an opinion about the way Mangini has transformed a team that was 10-6 two years ago into a team that is now 1-7, can't move the ball on offense to save its life, and has a defense so bad giving up 30 points to the Bears is considered an accomplishment? Do you really think that there is no level of failure the team can achieve this year that would allow you to form an opinion as to whether the guy deserves a second?
