http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/rumors/post/Ravens-disagreeing-with-QB-Troy-Smith-s-trade-re?urn=nfl,217856&post_comment=1&success=1

This has nothing to do with the draft or Berry, and for that I apologize, but I found this article on Yahoosportsrumors. It is about Troy Smith of the Ravens asking for a trade. In the article it reveals that recently Troy Smith has made it be known that he WANTS to play for Cleveland! As some of you may recall, I brought this up a month or two ago. I am a HUGE fan of this idea!!!! I wanted the Browns to draft him coming out of college. HE HAS ALL THE TOOLS!!! He is accurate, has a big arm, athletic, good pocket presence, leadership, and he is a WINNER!!!! The only big game he lost in college was the 06' championship, and if you watched that game, you know it wasn't his fault. HIS Buckeyes stomped Quinn's Irish into the ground in a bowl game. He had won the starting job over Flacco(in his rookie season) before he got extremely sick and lost 22+lbs. in a week. By the time he got back into playing shape Flacco had proved he could play. We could get him cheap(Probably a 4th round pick or lower if we throw in DA!!!) That would free up Quinn to be tossed in to sweetin the pot if we make a move for Peppers. Then pick up some vet or something as a back up. Now I'm sure there are those of you out there saying he is too small(6'0), but let me ask you this: How tall is Drew Brees? You know the QB that has just led the Saints to the Super Bowl!!! He is 6'0!!

I doubt this happens, and maybe I'm just partial to Smith because he's a former Buckeye, but I know he can play in this league and who ever gets him will get a rising star of a QB!!!!! I am interested to hear what you guys think.

I am not in favour of drafting a quarterback. And I do not think that Holmgren is either.

We have a huge problem at right tackle. We need another good linebacker who could also play on the end. I don't agree that we NEED a big running back. And we need help in the secondary.

IF Berry is available in the first round, we will take him. But he won't be because, even if he slips past the first four picks, the Chiefs will take Berry at number five (they need him even more than the Browns do). Hayden is the best corner available, and we probably should select him if he is still on the board in the first round.
