The Return of Brownie the Elf

That’s right, the Browns beloved Brownie Elf logo will make a cameo apperace on this season’s helmet, with a special thanks to the Uni Watch.  Granted, you have to have some eagle sharp vision to spot him,  because  he is only on the visor tabs.

Does this mean that we can expect to see more of Brownie? No word yet, but here’s to hoping this this the start of something new.

please do something with the uniforms! It’s bad when everyone can go back to throw backs, and we haven’t stopped wearing them.

But the Browns jerseys are classic. I’m actually happy that we have a team that sticks to its classic look without trying to go for the flashy upgrade every year.

The last time they tried to spruce up the image by changing the uniforms, we ended up with orange pants. There’s only so much you can do with orange and brown.

    • Steve DiMatteo

Call me crazy, but I like the orange pants and the orange jerseys. Just not when they are put together.

The worst thing that the Browns could ever do is change the plain-styled uniforms or the logo-less (is that a word?) helmets. For crying out loud, our only pride is in our history; why ruin that?
