After all the hullabaloo over giving this team an extreme quarterback makeover, both Jake Delhomme and Seneca Wallace are injured, after just five games.

The Atlanta Falcons last played the Browns in 2006, and they haven’t played in Cleveland since 2002 – the Browns’ lone playoff season of the expansion era. The Browns won both 17-13 in 2006, and 24-16 in the 2002 season finale to clinch a playoff berth. Running back Peyton Hillis – easily the Browns’ offensive MVP so far this season – now has an unspecified thigh injury. He was limited in Thursday’s practice and has been added to the team’s injury report. It is not known what this does to his availability for Sunday’s game against the Atlanta Falcons. The Browns and their fans finally had a win soaked Monday morning to enjoy. Before we talk about the reasons why the Browns won against the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday, we must first address the biggest issue of the day: rookie safety T.J. Ward’s hit on Bengals receiver Jordan Shipley. This is a road we’ve all been down before. The Browns are 0-3 and the season is sinking faster than your dad does into the couch after Thanksgiving dinner.
