Cleveland Browns Unveil 2011 Preseason Opponents
As we continue to treat the NFL lockout as a bad dream that surely does not exist in reality, things like the release of the Cleveland Browns’ 2011 preseason opponents help us get excited for the upcoming season.
When the league and its players finally come to their sense and come to a compromise in this labor dispute, the Browns will play the following exhibition opponents: the Green Bay Packers (home), Detroit Lions (home), Philadelphia Eagles (away), and the Chicago Bears (away).
Naturally, the league has given tentative dates for these games, but that all depends on this silly little labor dispute that everyone seems to be talking about. Teams will need a minimum of three weeks to prepare for preseason games, so the league would have to resume its business by July 21 for everything to happen on time.
