Multiple Teams Interested in the Services of Browns KR/WR Josh Cribbs

Coming off another Pro Bowl season, free agent kick returner/wide receiver Josh Cribbs is garnering plenty of  interest from other teams.

According to Mark Kay Cabot of The Plain Dealer, the Giants, 49ers, Patriots, Cowboys and Cardinals are all interested in Cribbs, who hopes to see more action on offense. After tallying 41 receptions for 518 yards and four touchdowns in 2011, Cribbs disappeared from the Browns’ offense in 2012, catching only seven passes for 63 yards.

While Cribbs says he would like to stay with the Browns, his main concern is getting a legitimate chance on offense. It’s never happened through multiple coaching regimes in Cleveland – which might tell you something – but it appears he’ll get that chance elsewhere.

Plus, it would be tough to say no to the caliber of teams on that list. Cribbs can love Cleveland all he wants, but the prospect of playing for a winner is far too enticing to make him stick around.
