Johnny Manziel Fan Gets TV Time (Pictures)

Johnny Manziel almost had a huge play on a trick play but Terrance West failed to get set on the play and it got called back.

According to former NFL officials Manziel was not far enough away from his own sideline and the Browns should have been flagged for Unsportsmanlike Conduct and a 15 yard penalty.
