    • Defense also forced Jags to use a timeout early in the quarter.
  • Brian Hoyer hit on pass attempt.
    • Ruled a fumble on the field.
    • Taylor Gabriel could have picked it up by thought it was an incompletion.
    • Play under review. Play stands not confirmed. Call on the field most important.
  • Jags get a first down on a long 3rd down conversion.
    • Buster Skrine fails to make a solid tackle leading to a first instead of a fourth down.

  • Browns go 3 and out.
  • Perfectly setup RB screen leads to an over 20 yard reception.
    • Browns defense seems to be a bit over aggressive. Trying to make up for the lack of offense?
  • 17 yard run by Blake Bortles gets Jags first down on 3rd and 7.
    • Paul Kruger fails to maintain contain.
    • Similar play on opposite side worked against Barkevious Mingo who failed to keep contain as well.
  • INT by Buster Skrine inside redzone huge for Browns to still only be down four.
    • Horrible decision by Bortles who could have run for a first down.
  • 19 yard completion gets Browns finally moving.
    • Hoyer completes his first 3 passes of driving ending this quarter.

Summary

The game has been slow with tons of incomplete passes. The Skrine INT was huge to keep the Browns within a score of taking the lead. The offense has to try to get moving. The run game is not going well which makes the play action pass game struggle. Receivers not open in the secondary at all.
