The Cleveland Browns have a stiff test in front of them in their week six matchup with the Seattle Seahawks. The Browns desperately need a win to get their record back to .500 before they reach their bye week. Let’s take a look at three under the radar players that the Browns need to shine in order to come away with a win this Sunday.

The Cleveland Browns hype train was derailed last week by the San Francisco 49ers. Now, this week, the Browns have to find a way to forget about the hype and get their season back on track. That won’t be easy, the Seattle Seahawks are coming to town, and they’ll smell the blood in the water.

In order for the Browns to have a shot against the 4-1 Seahawks, they will have to get production from their leaders and key contributors. Without stellar play from the usual suspects, the Browns will be in danger of getting embarrassed again this week.

As it does for every NFL team, it all starts with the quarterback. That is no different for the Browns. If Baker Mayfield wishes to silence his critics there is only one way to do so; play better. Mayfield has to step up his game and elevate his level of play for the Browns to have a chance this Sunday.

If Mayfield fails to do so, he’ll have to sit on the sideline and watch his counterpart Russell Wilson show the second-year quarterback how it’s done.

Along with Mayfield, the Browns will need games from Nick Chubb, Odell Beckham, and Jarvis Landry if they are going to have the chance to walk away with a win on Sunday. None of that will be possible if the offensive line doesn’t play better than they did last week.

The defense will have to play their best game of the season from a fundamental standpoint to compete with the Seahawks offense. The Seahawks are clear with their intentions on offense, they are a run-heavy team that doesn’t turn the ball over. Wilson is very dangerous outside of the pocket and they love the big play.

On the defensive side, the usual suspects have to play lights out football or this game could get out of hand. Myles Garrett will be going up against a backup left tackle and he needs to wreak havoc this week. Rattling Wilson is near impossible, but Garrett is one of the few players in the league that would have a chance to do so. Joe Schobert is also line for a huge game, hopefully, most of it takes place at or near the line of scrimmage.

Now let’s take a look at three under the radar players that the Browns will need to step up in order to beat the Seattle Seahawks.
