Editor and lead writer Steve DiMatteo has a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing from Ohio University and is doing his best to put it to good use. He originally comes from Painesville, Ohio but is currently living in Columbus where losses are still as big of a bummer and wins are just as sweet as they are when he’s back at home.

Staff writer Jimmy Weinland hails from Shaker Heights, Ohio, but has been living in Chicago for the past few years. He is well-versed in the art of talking Cleveland sports smack behind enemy lines, and contributed statistical and humor-based articles at Bleacher Report before joining Dawg Pound Daily in 2010. Gotta have a sense of humor to love the Browns, right?

Staff writer Chris Solcombe has bled orange and brown since before he could remember. He’s originally from Northeast Ohio, but decided to move to the middle of the territory of “the other Ohio team” to attend Ohio University for Sport Management. Chris is expecting big things from the Browns for years to come.
