What Impressed You Most About the Browns’ Second Preseason Game?

The Browns’ first-team offense continued to make strides in their second preseason game of 2011, as quarterback Colt McCoy threw three touchdown passes, leading sustained drives downfield despite fairly strong pressure from the Detroit Lions’ defense.

That ‘s not to say that the Browns don’t have ample room for improvement. Between their periods of solid play-making were sloppy, penalty-filled stretches that need to become sparse once the season starts.

Nevertheless, there’s no denying that the first-teamers continue to makes strides with the odds largely stacked against them. Sure, it’s just the preseason, but it’s obviously better to go into a season confident then full of a sense of impending doom. For the Browns to accomplish that in their first two preseason games deserves some recognition.
