Browns Injury Report: Update Wednesday List

The Cleveland Browns started the season with very few big injury concerns. Desmond Bryant was the primary one, along with Buster Skrine‘s ability to return for the opening game. The Browns injury report has grown with some big time players now at risk including Barkevious Mingo, Jordan Cameron and Ben Tate:

Paul McQuistan is an important player as well with the Browns releasing Ryan Seymour yesterday. The Browns have no backup tackles, at least according to their depth chart, at this point. McQuiston was likely to move into Joel Bitonio‘s guard spot if he needed to move to tackle due to injury.

Cameron’s injury seems like it could be problematic for a few weeks while we covered that Tate will likely miss 2 to 4 weeks due to his knee injury.

Hughes missed last week as well. When Bryant and Hughes return the Browns will have one of the deepest defensive line rotations in the league. May not be as important against the pass happy, no huddle offense the Saints run, since substitutions are not able to be made as much, but it will play a role throughout the season.
