NFL Mock Draft: 4 Round Browns Challenge

Cleveland Browns fans are well versed in the NFL Draft. Because of that they are well versed in NFL Mock Drafts. Fans are passionate about their team and many feel very strongly about what the Browns need this year in the NFL Draft.

Because of that anytime we post an NFL Mock Draft, or a review of one, we love that we get passionate, sometimes reasoned responses. It is fun even now when nothing close to draft boards have been set. Many of our thoughts now may change, actually they are more likely to change than to not.

We know that many of you have some ideas about what the Browns SHOULD do and want to give you a chance to share your thoughts with us. We want to challenge you to provide us with your 4 Round NFL Mock Draft for the Browns through FanSpeak. A few things in advance:

  • We know that their rankings are not your rankings. You will likely disagree with some/many of them.
  • We know that you won’t agree with some of the picks they have teams making before the Browns picks.
  • We want 4 Rounds of Browns picks, 7 is a little much but the Browns have two 4th rounders and we want to see those.
  • We want you to do the 4 Round Mock as if you were Ray Farmer, these are your picks, you are in charge.
  • We do not want you to take any possible Free Agent moves into consideration.
  • We want you to share your results with us.

So here is how it works.

  1. Go to this link: http://fanspeak.com/ontheclock/ If you click that link it will open in a New Window so you can have this open as well.
  2. Click on the Browns Helmet then hit the green Next button.
  3. Change the Number of Round to 4 in the drop down then hit Next.
  4. Currently they only have one big board, but will have more in the future, select Fanspeak then Next.
  5. If you see the Orange helmet and 4 RDS hit Let’s Draft!
  6. You will only get to draft for the Browns.
  7. Once your pick comes up, you just click on the player on the right hand side you want to draft and hit OK.
  8. When a round finishes you click Next Round at the bottom and repeat the process until you have picked all 6 of the Browns selections.
  9. Once you are done you will have the option to Share Your Results.
    1. Hit the Twitter Icon and add @DawgPoundDaily to the tweet or
    2. Hit any of the other Icons and copy the link in the tweet and paste in the comments below or
    3. Take a screen shot/picture of your results and either paste them below or tweet/FB them to us.
    4. (Don’t just tell us who you drafted, we want to see it.)
  10. Then just follow along and see what other fans have to say.
  11. We will gather the results and provide feedback to the best, most interesting, worst, etc that we find in a post at the end of this week.

Here is an example. This draft was done while creating the instructions above. Not a ton of thought put into it, just selected players that seemed to make some sense quickly.
