11. Minnesota Vikings

60. The Vikings will look to build around <strong><a href=. Wide Receiver. Louisville. DeVante Parker. 11. player

12. Cleveland Browns

Maybe it is this writer’s hope, could be. Marcus Mariota has a lot of talent but the teams above have a variety of reasons to pass on him. The Redskins, and Jay Gruden, have to push to win soon, the Titans just don’t fit great for Mariota and have a lot of needs as well and the Jets new head coach is tempted to build around Geno Smith. The Browns benefit from all of that and get their QB of the future.. QB. Oregon. Marcus Mariota. 12. player. 53

13. New Orleans Saints

CB. Michigan St.. Trae Waynes. 13. player. 15. The Saints have needs on defense before an off-season where they traded Jimmy Graham and Kenny Stills. None of the Top 3 receivers fall and instead the Saints look to build their defensive secondary. If Mariota falls here, we could see the Saints picking the Oregon QB to groom behind Drew Brees.

14. Miami Dolphins

Washington. Shaq Thompson. 14. player. 59. The Dolphins just cut a number of receivers but decide not to risk it here. They likely will get one in free agency. Instead they go with <strong><a href=. Linebacker

15. San Francisco 49ers

15. player. 42. Shane Ray could fall even farther, some think he will fall out of the 1st. The 49ers turn over has been amazing this season. They have broken down the team in looks of rebuilding quickly. Gone are a number of starters from last season. Ray can give them some flexibility in their front 7.. Linebacker. Missouri. Shane Ray

16. Houston Texans

10. The Texans are a run first team and will build around that. After putting a lot of draft picks into their defense, they get Peat here. Peat’s size and quick feet make him an ideal pick here.. Offensive Tackle. Stanford. Andrus Peat. 16. player

17. San Diego Chargers

17. player. 13. The Chargers first have to decide what they will do with their Franchise QB. A trade with the Titans has been mentioned and makes a lot of sense. They have been trying to replace LT for years and Todd Gurley, if he needs checks out, can do that finally. He will open things up for the Chargers offense.. RB. Georgia. Todd Gurley

18. Kansas City Chiefs

At some point the Chiefs will have to get a #1 receiver. At some point <strong><a href=. Wide Receiver. Oklahoma. Dorial Green-Beckham. 18. player. 124

19. Cleveland Browns (via Buffalo Bills)

player. 53. The Browns biggest need is at the nose tackle position. Danny Shelton is not dynamic enough that he will be able to impact on 3 downs but for the Browns he would be perfect. If the Browns don’t have to trade up for Mariota, and since they didn’t lose picks in “Text-gate” they might try to move up a few spots to make sure they get him. The Chargers would be a team that could take him between 12 and 19. We didn’t have Shelton fall on purpose, just based on needs and talent on the board above.. Defensive Tackle. Washington. Danny Shelton. 19

20. Philadelphia Eagles

Arik Armstead. 20. player. 54. Most believe that Chip Kelly will try to trade up for Mariota and that is possible. Here we have Kelly taking another former Duck. <strong><a href=. Defensive End. Oregon
