Going along with the last slide, Manziel is still young. He recorded his first career win against Tennessee, but fans seem to think he is qualified to go out and play against the brutal schedule ahead. Beating the Titans is one thing, but he would have a much harder time against the Ravens, Broncos, and Cardinals, just to name a few.

I do not understand the rush to get young quarterbacks on the field. The idea that we must find out what he is capable of makes no sense, because putting a player on the field who is not ready to play is just poor player management.

Manziel needs to learn and develop behind McCown. Rushing him on the field and watching him fail just to say we should cut him loose is setting him up to fail just to continue a carousel of quarterbacks that will never end if this trend continues.
