K’Waun Williams

Age: 24

Experience: 2 years

Contract status: Free agent 2017

As an undrafted free agent from the University of Pittsburgh, K’Waun Williams was a huge surprise in 2014. As top draft pick Justin Gilbert failed to get on the field, Williams emerged as the Browns nickel corner in the team’s sub packages.

Williams entered the 2015 season as the Browns primary slot corner, only to miss time after suffering multiple concussions this season. While Williams only missed three games, he limited by a lack of practice time. Williams is a bright, young talent that the former Browns front office found and should be a solid piece of the secondary moving forward.

2016 Outlook:

K’waun Williams should enter the 2016 season as the Browns nickel or slot corner as he has the speed and agility to make him a solid option to play in the slot.

K'WAUN WILLIAMS. C+. Williams made a handful of plays in the 2015 season, including forcing three fumbles. However, the concussions set Williams back from making a huge leap in his second season. The key for Williams is to stay healthy and continue to improve and come into his own.. CB. Cleveland Browns
