Pierre Desir

Age: 25

Experience: 2 years

Contract status: Free agent 2018

Second-year corner Pierre Desir had an unusual season in 2015. In some games the Browns relied on Desir as a starter; in others he was a healthy inactive.

The Browns usage of Desir was puzzling as Desir showed a major jump from his rookie year in which he was inactive for a majority of the season. Desir was praised by coaches for his work ethic and moved ahead of Justin Gilbert on the depth chart early in training camp.

2016 Outlook:

Desir will enter training camp competing for valuable playing time in 2016. Desir will need to continue to improve and impress the new staff with his worth ethic and drive to be great at his defensive craft.

PIERRE DESIR. C. Desir showed why his redshirted rookie year helped, as he was vastly improved from a season ago. Desir used his long body to his advantage and played with better technique. With a high work ethic and desire to be great at his craft, Desir will steadily keep improving for the Browns.. CB. Cleveland Browns
