With the Tennessee Titans and the Browns both trading out of the first two selections in the draft it almost guarantees that  quarterbacks Jared Goff and Carson Wentz will be the top two players off the board.

With the quarterbacks being selected early, that will cause some higher-ranked players to have a slight fall in the draft. If Joey Bosa is the player that slips to No. 8, it will be very difficult for the Browns to pass on him. Bosa is a disruptive edge player that would give the Browns an instant edge presence. Bosa uses a combination of strength and leverage to win battles off the edge and will be a productive pass rusher instantly.

Bosa has the skill set and athletic ability to play defensive end in a 4-3 or play outside linebacker in a 3-4. According to NFL.com:

“I think all that hype headed into the year hurt him some because he’s not a superman off the edge. But he’s a good player,” an anonymous NFL director of personnel said. “He’s athletic with good hands and every pass rusher starts to add to what they do in the pros. If he dedicates himself to the game, he’s going to be one of the safest guys in the draft.”
