1. Allen Robinson, Jacksonville Jaguars, 24 years old
Quite possibly the best wide receiver available in free agency in 2018 is Allen Robinson, the former second-round pick of the Jacksonville Jaguars. He broke out with a monstrous 2015 campaign in which he had 1,400 yards and 14 touchdowns. He became an elite deep threat that season by averaging 17.5 yards per catch and had a career-high 90-yard touchdown reception as well.
He followed that up with a season that netted 883 yards and six scores, and there were signs that he and quarterback Blake Bortles simply were not on the same page. He never got a chance to redeem himself though, because he tore his ACL on his lone catch of the 2017 season
Vitals
Height: 6-3
Weight: 220-Pounds
Career Receptions: 202
Yardage: 2,848
Career TDs: 22
Even with the injury and the subpar 2016, Robinson should get paid in free agency. He’s got more talent than most wide outs and showed off a knack for making highlight-reel grabs. He’s also been able to look the part of an elite receiver at times despite having a highly inconsistent quarterback throwing him the ball.
For Cleveland, it would take some convincing to lure him to town. Robinson would need some assurances that they will draft a franchise quarterback No. 1 overall. Or maybe, by signing a legitimate starter they could put that to rest before even offering him a contract.
