Quadree Henderson, KR/PR/WR, Pitt

This draft is deep at wide receiver, which would make a player like Henderson a sixth round prospect. However, he may actually be the best returner in the entire draft, making him one of the diamonds to watch the closest.

The All-American was able to grab seven career returns for touchdown (four kick, three punt). What’s more impressive is he returned at least one to the end zone every season, even in his final season where he was asked to take on more of a priority receiver role.

More from Browns News

His receiving skills alone add depth to the team, which they need, but even better he would give Jabrill Peppers a return mate on kickoffs or potentially take over on punt return duties. This would let Peppers focus primarily on defense and help his improvement.

Quadree Henderson is my top rated returner this year and the team only needs to use a day three pick to get him. Which they should.

Chris Worley, LB, Ohio State

Knowing that Browns fans are reading this, I’m also aware that many fans of the Browns are Buckeye fans as well and have been waiting for one. Well, here it is.

The Browns have a great starting set of line backers with Jamie Collins, Christian Kirksey and Joe “Schotime” Schobert. However, as we saw last season, they don’t posses a lot of depth. In the case of Worley, I see an opportunistic tackler who can rush the passer.

He doesn’t have a lot of speed or lateral movement, so where and how much he plays will be limited. He can probably be a back-up SAM or MIKE linebacker who can come in on sub packages to rush the passer or on third/fourth and short and can make his mark on special teams.

Probably a sixth or seventh round pick, I know many Browns fans would love to have a Buckeye on the team and this would be a solid one to have.
