The Cleveland Browns worked hard on the offensive side of the ball in the past week. But did the moves improve the team, or just keep them in the same place?

Cleveland Browns general manager John Dorsey was a busy man during the past week.

In his first offseason in charge of the Browns, Dorsey made trades to bring in quarterback Tyrod Taylor, wide receiver Jarvis Landry and defensive back Demarious Randall, while shipping out quarterback DeShone Kizer, defensive back Jason McCourty and defensive tackle Danny Shelton.

Dorsey also stayed busy once free agency opened, adding running back Carlos Hyde; offensive linemen Chris Hubbard and Donald Stephenson; tight end Darren Fells; defensive end Chris Smith; and cornerbacks T.J. Carrie and Terrance Mitchell.

The additions of the players on defense is nice, especially in the case of Carrie and Randall, but the real meat of these transactions can be found on the offensive side of the ball.

With that in mind, let’s take a look at each position group and determine if the moves make the Browns better, worse, or they simply stayed the same.
