Week 5: Oct. 7 – Baltimore Ravens

Baltimore is a tough team to figure out. They go hot and cold more than any other in the sport. Unfortunately for the Browns it’s usually the middle of the season they have their lull, so this is too early to steal a win from them.

Week 6: Oct. 14 – L.A. Chargers

A two-game home stand ends badly. The L.A. Chargers were impressive after a horrendous start in 2017. Look for them to stay red hot and get a win here against Cleveland.

Week 7: Oct. 21 – at Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay is another team that really underwhelmed in 2017. After a big season the year before, they were simply awful. They have to get better play from quarterback Jameis Winston, right? Maybe not, he does after all eat his own fingers — which is probably when he lost the little respect he had from his teammates. The Browns get their first road win of the year.

Week 8: Oct. 28 – at Pittsburgh Steelers

And the revenge game. After narrowly beating the Steelers to start the season, the Browns fall in this one. Bell is done with his preseason — which the rest of the league calls the first month of the year — and is running all over everyone.
