Cleveland Browns: Day three NFL Mock Draft
By Randy Gurzi
Round 6 Pick 4: Levi Wallace, CB, Alabama
So far in this draft, the Browns have shown they like walk-ons who become solid contributors. That’s exactly what Levi Wallace did for the Alabama Crimson Tide. After two seasons of limited snaps, Wallace became a starter for the Tide and by 2017 he was one of their better corners.
The 6-foot, 179-pound Wallace recorded 48 tackles and had three picks during his last NFL season and finds himself a home as a late pick with Cleveland. He’s one of those guys who should never be counted out and will be fun to root for.
Round 6 Pick 14: Damon Webb, S, Ohio State
Damon Webb is the Browns final pick in this mock draft as they keep the Ohio State safety playing in state. Webb isn’t going to turn a lot of heads with his athleticism, but he’s got a high football IQ. He’s also a very instinctive player who wound up with five picks during his last season with the Buckeyes.

At this point, the Browns are simply looking for players they can mold. Webb offers that as he’s going to be in the right spot at the right time. He could provide some decent depth behind Damarious Randall and Jabrill Peppers, while also helping on special teams early in his career.
