Cleveland Browns: 8 Celebrities who are also Browns fans
By Mitch Zoloty
Brad Paisley
Country singer Brad Paisley is the first die hard on this list. When he’s not contributing to his incredible music career, he is watching sports. Although he was born and raised in West Virginia, he bleeds orange and brown. Paisley once said in an interview that one of his sports fantasies was to play for the Browns.
Anyone who follows Paisley on twitter knows this. He occasionally tweets about his favorite NFL team.
Paisley tweeted this after the Browns 23-16 loss to the then 3-1 Ravens in 2012. The Browns had just dropped to 0-4, and fans had to watch Brandon Weeden attempt 52 passes. A rough game for all Browns fans.
For a flashback to how rough that season was, Trent Richardson was the leading rusher for the Browns that game. He only had 47 yards on 14 attempts. He also led the game with four catches for 57 yards. Dimitri Patterson led the Browns defense with 11 tackles that game.
A more recent tweet, this was Paisley’s reaction to the Super Bowl fiasco with Kevin Hart.
I think every Cleveland Browns fan can relate with him on this one. When the Browns win a Super Bowl, the party in Cleveland will be one for the ages. The Cavs championship parade saw 1.3 million people in the city, three times as much that actually live in Cleveland. A Browns championship parade will double that.
C.J. McCollum
C.J. McCollum is Damian Lillard’s partner in crime with Portland Trailblazers. However, he is not originally a west coast man. The 2015-2016 Most Improved Player in the NBA is a Canton native, and a huge Browns fan. He has felt our pain over the past few seasons, being quite active on twitter about his support for the team.
Every Browns fan can relate to him on this one. The fan base has seen some pretty awful teams this past few years, as the club has arguably been the worst team in NFL history. C.J., like the rest of us, is excited about this past offseason.

This was McCollum’s reaction before the draft and acquisition of Mychal Kendricks. One could only imagine how he feels now. As the Browns rebuild their roster, the Cavs may soon need to do the same.
With or without LeBron, any basketball fan who knows of McCollum should hope that the Cavs go out and get him. With the Pierogi Prince of Parma, hopefully the King from Akron stays and the Count from Canton joins him.
