The Cleveland Browns have been working hard to right the ship the past few seasons and here we look at the top-10 moves they’ve made in that time frame

Cleveland Browns owner Dee Haslam recently spoke about the way the team has approached their rebuild. While it’s still up in the air whether or not their approach will work, Haslam said she wouldn’t recommend their style to any other team looking to change their culture.

It’s understandable she would feel this way. Since deciding to rework their team completely the Browns have been a porous record of 4-44 the past three seasons. That’s been a tough pill to swallow, but it doesn’t mean there’s been nothing of note that has helped the team improve — even if the record doesn’t suggest it.

These moves were made to get the Browns out of the quagmire they’ve been stuck in for years. They haven’t had a winning season since 2007 and haven’t been in the post season since 2002 — the longest active streak in the NFL after the Buffalo Bills ended their drought following the 2017 season.

Here we will look at what they’ve done over the past three seasons in their attempt to right the ship and end their losing ways. Here are the best 10 moves over the past three seasons that will help the Browns be better not just in 2018, but for the foreseeable future.
