It’s still early in training camp, but good news is always a welcome thing. Here are five players who are standing out at Cleveland Browns training camp.

Training camp is finally underway and we are now just days from seeing the Cleveland Browns in action when they take on the New York Giants on Thursday, Aug. 9.

We will get an even earlier look at the Browns than that though as their camp is being featured on the popular HBO series ‘Hard Knocks.’

This behind the scenes look at what goes on leading up to the regular season will begin a couple days before that first game as it premieres on Tuesday, Aug. 7. Until then, we just have to rely on reports letting us know what’s going on with the team as they aim to erase the stink of a 0-16 campaign.

Most reports that stand out are the injuries, which this season have included rookie wideout Damion Ratley getting banged up, defensive tackle Caleb Brantley struggling to stay on the field and tackle Greg Robinson hitting the concussion protocol.

Outside of that, there surely have been some plays of note. Here we will look at five guys making positive headlines for the Browns early on in their 2018 Training Camp.
