The offensive player I want to see more of is: Nick Chubb

On offense, I will be watching for running back Nick Chubb to bounce back in a major way from his rushing woes against the Giants. While he was in the game in New York, Chubb only averaged around one yard per carry, and that is flat-out unacceptable. Sure, having the second team of an already thin offensive line didn’t help his case against the Big Blue Wrecking Crew, but the fact remains that sometimes, you’re just going to have to make things happen as a running back. Hopefully, Nick Chubb can do that this Friday, and tear up the Bills’ front seven for some serious rushing yardage.

The defensive player I want to see more of is: Jabrill Peppers

While the defense played relatively well in week one of the preseason, only allowing ten points total, I feel that Jabrill Peppers could have a monster game this week against both A.J. McCarron and Josh Allen. Neither quarterback is very accurate on the long ball, and Peppers can feast in the defensive backfield on misplaced passes and overthrown bombs.

I think fans can expect a big play or two from Peppers this week, making up for his “just missed it” dropped interception off of the Giants
