Heading into 2018, the Cleveland Browns look much better than they did a season ago, but what three positions are their greatest areas of strength?

Week 1 of the 2018 NFL Season is finally here. The Cleveland Browns are hard at work practicing this week — and this time it’s in preparation of a game that counts in the standings.

That first contest is against the hated Pittsburgh Steelers, the winners of the AFC North title last season. They’re also the last team the Browns faced in 2017 as the loss to the Steelers knocked them to 0-16.

A lot has changed since then. General manager John Dorsey has since put his stamp on this football team and he’s built a roster that has much more talent than the group Pittsburgh remembers facing last year.

The talent has changed so much that more than 50 percent of the 53 man roster heading into Week 1 is made up of new players. Whether it be rookies or outside free agents, Dorsey and head coach Hue Jackson worked to get better players.

Cleveland also got better coaching as Todd Haley was brought on to coach the offense after spending the past six seasons as the offensive coordinator with Pittsburgh.

With the new season on the horizon and the 53 man roster set, we can now look over the team and answer which positions are their strongest areas — and here are the top-three.
