Clouds gathered around Cleveland after LeBron left. The rain stopped when John Dorsey took over. Baker Mayfield has seemingly cleared up the rain.

Mayfield and the Browns are coming off an emotional win. It’s wins like this that are always either followed up with another performance similar to it or a disaster.

Mayfield is the starter and now we are about to see Jarvis Landry unleashed as well as the REAL Rashard Higgins, David Njoku, and Antonio Callaway. Carlos Hyde was decent too (sarcasm).

With all the criticism of Oakland and their HC, I’m still a believer in Derek Carr. It’s not all his fault. I feel even worse for him, as a fan of his, that Myles Garrett and Larry Ogunjobi are about to eat him alive. If by some miracle he makes it away from them, he’ll have to throw it away from Denzel Ward, Joe Schobert, and Damarious Randall. Good luck.

An X-factor would’ve been rookie UFA Desmond Harrison v Khalil Mack until he was traded (?). Now he’ll face rookie Arden Key. This could be the game that will determine if they ride out the rookie for the year or try to make a move before the trade deadline.

Carr and Mayfield have a shootout but the Browns get their second W of the season.

Final Score: Cleveland 27 Oakland 20
