The Most Important Games In This Scenario

Besides the Browns going 5-1 over the remainder of their schedule, there are some other games that are key to the Browns playoff run. Here are a few games that Browns fans should be watching very carefully that the Browns won’t be involved in and who they should root for:

"Dolphins @ Colts, Week 12. Root for: Dolphins Steelers @ Broncos, Week 12. Root for: Steelers Broncos @ Bengals, Week 13. Root for: Broncos Ravens @ Falcons, Week 13. Root for: Falcons Cowboys @ Colts, Week 15. Root for: Cowboys Dolphins @ Vikings, Week 15. Root for: Vikings Ravens @ Chargers, Week 16. Root for: Chargers Redskins @ Titans, Week 16. Root for: Redskins Bengals @ Steelers, Week 17. Root for: Steelers Dolphins @ Bills, Week 17. Root for: Bills"

Now, not ALL of these games need to go the Browns way for them to make the playoffs. These are just a few of the key matchups. There’s still 6 weeks of unfinished NFL games left, so a lot of different scenarios could unfold. If the Browns are able to win out and go 9-6-1 instead of 8-7-1 then this becomes a lot easier.

It is also very unlikely that the Browns go 5-1 or 6-0 to finish the season, so this scenario might not even matter. To put all this into simple terms, the Browns need to get very hot and need the Ravens, Bengals, Dolphins, Colts, and Titans to finish 3-3 or worse, and the Broncos to finish 4-2 or worse.

It is just great for the Browns to be in playoff talks after going 1-31 over the past two seasons.
