DDPY and the NFL Alumni

The NFL Alumni were just thrown a lifeline. Any former NFL football player who suffers from an assortment of injuries have just be given the plan to cure what ails them. Any former player with knee, shoulder, back, etc., injuries have been shown the path to recovery.

Former players like Joe Thomas will benefit greatly. Although Joe Thomas did Yoga during his playing days as a recovery tool, he had to retire due to the pounding his body took over the years of playing football. The iron man never missed a single snap until his torn tricep in 2017. His body simply gave out and he could not continue.

DDPYoga is a great program for a player whose body has taken a pounding. DDPYoga has various levels. There is a program for people who can barely stand. There is a series of videos designed to be done while laying in bed. For people who need help to simply stand on their own, there are a series of workouts designed to increase leg, knee and back strength. Then one can progress to the beginning, intermediate and advanced workouts.

Diamond Dallas Page has provided a workout for the rest of us. He has developed a program for people who are not able-bodied, who are broken, who have nagging injuries that need rehabilitating before they can start normal workout routines.
