Dante Fowler, Jr., DE

Another former first-round pick makes the list here as edge rusher Dante Fowler, Jr. is scheduled to be a free agent this offseason and could be looking for a new home. Fowler played for three seasons at Florida and broke out in his junior campaign with 60 tackles and 8.5 sacks. The work he did that season was enough to get the Jacksonville Jaguars to use the No. 3 overall pick on him in 2015.

Unfortunately for the Jags, Fowler tore his ACL in mini-camp and missed his entire rookie season. He was able to get back on the field in 2016 but never became a full-time starter for Jacksonville. He still proved to be an effective pass rusher, notching eight sacks in his second year as a rotational piece and 14 total in 39 games for them.

Knowing they wouldn’t re-sign him after this year, the Jaguars traded Fowler at the deadline and the Los Angeles Rams gave up a third-round pick for his services. Needing an edge rusher, they hoped Fowler could provide a spark as they sought after a Super Bowl title.

He ended up recording two sacks in the regular season for the Rams and 1.5 in the playoffs. In the Super Bowl, he had four tackles, one which went for a loss. While he played well in their 3-4 system, he could benefit from a return to a four-man line like the one he played on in Jacksonville. For Cleveland, it would also be nice to see an explosive player like this opposite Myles Garrett.
