1. DeVante Parker, Miami Dolphins

Yet another former first-round pick finds his way to this list as we examine one of Jarvis Landry’s former teammates in DeVante Parker. The Louisville produce enters the final season of his contract and his name has been on the trading block before. Of course, that had a lot to do with Adam Gase being the head coach and with him now gone, there could be peace in the locker room.

That could lead to players like Parker being happier in South Beach. Or, it could lead to a complete overhaul. As of now, new coach Brian Flores says they haven’t made any decisions, but signs point to them moving on from Ryan Tannehill under center. Should they do that, there could be other moves as the new regime looks for their own players.

A former No. 14 overall pick, Parker has enjoyed some success in the NFL. He was growing into a budding star in his second season as he had 56 catches for 744 yards and four touchdowns. Since then, he’s taken a step back and even missed five games in 2018.

Like some of the other players mentioned, Parker could really use a fresh start — whether that be with this staff or a new team. If it id with another team, Cleveland would be smart to try and bring him in.

Parker has great size at 6-foot-3 and 216-pounds and ran the 40-yard dash in 4.45 seconds at the Combine which shows he can get past defenders as well. He would be a great compliment to Landry, and their previous relationship could help bring him along.
