Buffalo Bills – Right Tackle Jordan Mills

The Buffalo Bills are one of the teams with the fewest number of free agents this off-season. The Bills only have 11 players that are free agents this off-season, including two that are retiring – Kyle Williams and Vontae Davis.

More from Browns News

When looking at the Bills that are set to be free agents, there is not much game-changing talent on the list. There are a couple of starters that could reach free agency, including right tackle Jordan Mills.

The 28-year-old has started every game for Buffalo the last three seasons. He has never been a dominant blocker, but has gradually done better in limiting pressures and sacks. In 2018, Mills allowed 35 pressures, including five sacks, according to Pro Football Focus. In 2016, Mills had allowed 57 pressures and eight sacks.

Although Mills is not a top-tier right tackle, he will be able to provide solid competition for the Browns current tackles. It seems that the Browns want to keep their current starting offensive line together, but Mills could compete for the starting right tackle job with Chris Hubbard.

Perhaps putting Mills next to one of the best right guards in the NFL, Kevin Zeitler, will help take the pressure off of him at tackle. For a short-term deal, Mills would be worth a look for the Browns.
