Randy: Armon Watts, DT, Arkansas

The Browns finish their draft going after another defensive tackle. Yes, they got one earlier, but this position needs some work. Watts played in the SEC and recorded seven sacks in 2018, which makes him worth the pick late. With Trevon Coley, Carl Davis, and even Chad Thomas on the bubble heading into the 2019 season, the drastic and much needed overhaul of the Browns defensive line continues.

Cory: Easton Stick, QB, North Dakota State

Needing a backup quarterback of the future after Stanton’s contract expires at the conclusion of the 2019 season, the Browns pick one here in Easton Stick out of North Dakota State. More than likely the Browns would have hopes of staching him on the practice squad for a year so that he can get reps and develop, then promoting Stick to the active roster in 2020 as Mayfield’s primary backup. Running the fastest 40 time of any quarterback at the combine, he has the mobility to become a solid playmaker and fill in should anything drastic happen to the franchise quarterback in Cleveland.

Shane: Will Harris, S, Boston College

Jabrill Peppers is solidified at the strong safety position but the team needs a better number two behind him. Will Harris is big (6’2” 210) and would likely be available on day three. He won’t start but he would be a great asset on special teams and behind Peppers.
