4. Baltimore Ravens

Other than the Browns, the Baltimore Ravens were arguably the biggest story during the second half of the 2018 season. After benching Joe Flacco and starting former Heisman-winning quarterback Lamar Jackson midway through the season, the Ravens won six of their last seven games, helping them win the AFC North and reach the playoffs.

Jackson’s ability to take over games with his dynamic running ability made the Ravens one of the funnest teams to watch in 2018. Now that Flacco is a Denver Bronco and Jackson is set as Baltimore’s starting quarterback, they should see themselves in more primetime games in 2019 as well.

Similar to the Mayfield vs. Darnold story line, television networks will be able to pit two of the biggest names in the 2018 NFL Draft against each other. In fact, Mayfield vs. Jackson could become one of the league’s best rivalries over the next several seasons.

The Ravens saw a lot of significant departures this off-season, but are typically able to rebound from the loss of talent and put together a strong team. If the Browns plan on winning the AFC North next season, they are going to have to dethrone Baltimore and win at least one of the two match-ups.

Because there will be a lot on riding on both games between these two teams next season, there is a strong likelihood at least one of these games will be put in a primetime slot.
