Before even digging into this one, something needs to be made clear. This list is of players who could be on the move, not ones who should be. If it were up to anyone in the Dawg Pound Daily crew, linebacker Joe Schobert would be on the Browns for his entire career.

He’s been a true leader on the defense and made the Pro Bowl in 2017 when he tied for the NFL lead with 142 tackles. He added another 103 tackles in just 13 games during his third season as the former fourth-round pick has continued to prove he knows how to find the football.

Not only is he a stud on the field, but Schobert is a solid representative for the team in general. He’s also great with the fans and often engages with them in a positive way on social media. However, there have been rumors that he could be on the move as NFL insider Albert Breer mentioned while speaking with Ryen Russillo.

Understandably, fans weren’t happy with this news at all. They may have been calmed some by Breer though, as he later said the team isn’t actively shopping him but that others are simply inquiring with Cleveland about his services.

Still, the fact that teams are calling is concerning and it does leave the door open just a little. Dorsey has been willing to deal just about anyone — see Kevin Zeitler — so if he hears an offer he likes, he might make the trade.
