Game: Los Angeles Rams at Cleveland Browns

Summary: Primetime in Cleveland. A rare sight for the Cleveland Browns. Be that as it may, the last time we saw a prime-time game in Cleveland Baker Mayfield would lead us back from a 14-point deficit and give the city hope and leave them celebrating similar to the likes of a city that had just won a Super Bowl.

The Browns have been underwhelming, to say the least. The offense has been less than explosive as anticipated while the defense has played well in spots. On the other side, the Los Angeles Rams are off to a 2-0 start after their disappointing loss in the Super Bowl and hope to continue playing well in Cleveland.

The Rams gave up 122 rushing yards per game last season and allowed Christian McCaffery to have 209 total yards in Week 1 before bouncing back against a depleted New Orleans Saints offense. I look for the Browns to establish the run and to get Mayfield going in the play-action and short passing games. Look for the Browns defense to get a late third-down stop on an explosive Rams offense that seals an upset victory in the Dawg Pound.

Prediction: Cleveland 24, Los Angeles 21
