Dud: Damion Ratley

Baker Mayfield misses Rashard Higgins. He may not ever come out and say anything but Damion Ratley hasn’t offered up the same kind of big-play abilities in his absence.

Ratley isn’t a bad player by any means and has really been a good find considering he was taken in the sixth round. Unfortunately, he just hasn’t been able to put it all together and make the plays on the field the team is asking of him.

On Sunday, he had three targets come his way and he was only able to haul one of them in for 10 yards. One of those misses came on a trick play when Odell Beckham, Jr. took a reverse and threw it roughly 60 yards in the air and hit Ratley in the hands at the four-yard line. That one ended up hitting the turf, ruining what could have been a great play.

In addition to that, Ratley was flagged three times — although two of them were declined as the Ravens said no thank you to a holding and illegal shift foul on No. 18. They did take a free15 yards though as he was called for a blindside block on a play that negated a five-yard run by Nick Chubb.
