Nick Bosa vs Greg Robinson

It seems as though every week the Browns offensive tackles are being tested. This week will be no different. The Browns offensive tackles will be facing two very good defensive ends in Nick Bosa and Dee Ford. Of the two, Dee Ford is the most proven and is the bigger threat. Nick Bosa is yet to come into his own in the NFL.

It would reasonable to think that the Browns will double Ford. They will focus their protection energy on the more dangerous end. With Bosa still learning the NFL, he will probably be matched up one on one with no help in the backfield.

This will make the Nick Bosa vs Greg Robinson match up very interesting to watch. Both players were drafted very high. Both players carry high expectations on their shoulders.

Robinson was the high pick of the then St. Louis now Los Angeles Rams. He was expected to be the left tackle of the future. Then Rams head coach Jeff Fisher expected Robinson to protect the blindside for years to come.

But it didn’t turn out that way. Robinson struggled, moved to guard and eventually let go. Now he has found his way back to starting at left tackle and doing well.

Bosa is in his first season out of The Ohio State University. Through four games Bosa has lived up to the hype. Yet he still plays like a rookie at times. The Browns may be catching a break to see Bosa this early in the season.

Advantage: Nick Bosa

We all saw Bosa play at Ohio State. Is anyone really going to tell me that Greg Robinson can handle him? Browns need to figure out a way to help Robinson out on Sunday.
