Cleveland Browns: 3 players on the 49ers to watch for
This is one player that should be obvious. George Kittle is an absolute nightmare of a mismatch. Last season, Kittle set an NFL record with 1,387 receiving yards, the most ever by a tight end.
If you are looking for Jimmy Garapalo’s favorite target, then look no further. The Dynamic third-year tight end is an interval piece of the 49ers offense. Head coach, Kyle Shanahan will be looking to get him involved in the game plan early and often.

Even with all the attention that Kittle garners, he is inexplicably always open, although he does the bulk of his best work after the catch. At 6-4 and 250lbs, the uber-athletic tight end is exceptional at breaking tackles and then turning on the burners to turn 10-yard catches into 30-yard gains.
Kittle hasn’t exactly picked up where he left off in 2018. His average yards per reception this year is down almost six-yards from the ridiculous 15.6 yards per reception he set last year. Kittle also hasn’t found the end-zone on any of his 17 receptions so far in this young season.
The young tight end is no doubt a victim of his own success as defensive coordinators have had an entire offseason to focus on limiting Kittle’s ability to impact a game. The Browns linebackers will have their hands full trying to contain Kittle, and rallying to the ball to keep him from busting off yards after the catch needs to be the order of the day.
