5. Alaric Jackson, Iowa

Iowa has been a factory of NFL caliber offensive linemen, and this year they have two who will undoubtedly be taken in the first couple of rounds of the upcoming draft.

Their left tackle Alaric Jackson may be the least sought after of the two, but he is still a high caliber prospect who’s floor is a second-round pick, and could potentially sneak into the first round of the upcoming draft.

Standing at a massive 6-6 and 320 pounds, Jackson is a monster along the Hawkeyes’ offensive line.

Jackson started 12 games for Iowa a year ago, winning second-team All-Big 10 honors for his efforts during his sophomore campaign. In 2017 he made the first team All-freshman team as well, and is an All-Big 10 academic award winner as well.

While he has been a bit banged up this year, managing to appear in just three games thus far in the 2019 college football season, Jackson is still a valuable prize to keep an eye on.

If the Browns decide to go anywhere other than the offensive line, say if LSU safety Grant Delpit were to fall into their laps, Jackson would be an ideal target early in day two of the draft.
