Game: Pittsburgh Steelers (5-4) at Cleveland Browns (3-6)

Summary: A win over the Buffalo Bills might just have started a nice turnaround for the Browns season. Then again, that’s if everything goes according to the script.

The Browns now have a short week, where they’ll be taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Thursday night. Both teams will be coming into this game coming off of victories, with the Steelers earning a close win against the Los Angeles Rams.

This game is going to be gritty. With the Steelers defense continuing to make plays, Baker and the Browns offense should look to continue to protect the ball and minimize turnovers. If I’m Freddie, I’m giving the Steelers a heavy dose of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt.

The duo played fantastic against the Bills on Sunday, where Chubb ran for 116 yards and Hunt had 7 very important receptions for 44 yards. Most importantly, Hunt laid out some very great blocks to help clear the way for Chubb.

Chubb could potentially hit 1,000 yards rushing this season, being the first Browns running back to do so since Peyton Hillis in 2010. I expect this to be a tight matchup, but being home may be all that it takes for the Browns to pull out a narrow victory.

Ultimately I think the Browns have a few more playmakers than the Steelers on the offensive side of the ball, and the only way they lose this game is if they beat themselves. Let’s hope they can bring home a rare win against the Yinzers.
