There will be no extra curricular activities

Coming off of such an emotional game last time, there will be no love lost between these two teams before the whistle is blown, but you shouldn’t expect that to carry over to anything after the play.

It’s simple, this game is too important to both of these teams for them to make stupid mistakes and give away yards. There also is not much that separates these teams; the Browns won by two touchdowns but it was a competitive game.

The last thing you want is to give up a crucial 15-yard penalty late in a close game, and you surely don’t want to leave it up to NFL referees to determine the game.

Pittsburgh will not have Maurkice Pouncey, who is suspended, and Rudolph won’t play unless Hodges gets hurt or is terrible. Those are the two main players involved in the brawl on the Steelers side.

Larry Ogunjobi will return for this game and that could be problematic, but obviously Myles Garrett is not playing. This may be a case of out of sight, out of mind.

Keeping the game clean is more important for the Browns because they are the most penalized team in the league and have been prone to big mistakes all year. Cleveland also has the better roster, evidence being their game two weeks ago.

They are behind Pittsburgh in the standings right now, but that will change if they win this game and sweep this series for the first time since 1999 and 2000. The only thing both teams will be focused on is winning.
