(1-11) Cincinnati Bengals at (5-7) Cleveland Browns

The Cleveland Browns come limping into their week 14 matchup with the Cincinnati Bengals. Coming off their most disappointing loss of this season, maybe even the last 20 seasons to be honest, the Browns need to get back in the win column in the worst of ways.

The Bengals are coming off their first and only win of the season, so they will be approaching this game with more optimism than they have had in any other game in at least two months.

The Browns offense needs to get in the end zone early and often to get the taste of last week’s performance out of their mouths. With the health of Baker Mayfield being questionable (hand/ribs), even if it’s not listed because his Mama didn’t raise a wuss, has to be the Browns chief concern Sunday. Expect Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt to both see a significant workload this week. Success should follow with that game plan.

This should be a ‘get right’ game for the ailing Browns defensive line. The Bengals offensive line has been nothing short of atrocious and Browns should be able to have their way against the run as well as the pass. Even with the ‘red rifle’ Andy Dalton back in action, the Bengals should be no match for the Browns this week.

Prediction: Cleveland Browns 45 Cincinnati Bengals 23
